EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
BACKGROUND CHECKS
All EUVORI employees have undergone background checks, which include checks for the following:
• Identity verification, including Social Security Number verification.
• National criminal database search.
• Sex offender list search.
If potential employees have background checks which come back with an alert for any of the above, our standard policy is to remove them from consideration for employment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EUVORI only hires candidates with a minimum of one year related work experience. All EUVORI employees are a minimum of SAI StarGuard Lifeguard Certified.
• Lifeguards for Adopt-a-Guard:
• All lifeguards each have a minimum of 50 hours of combined certification training, in-service training, drills, and other various testing and refreshing.
• Supervisors for Adopt-a-Guard:
• To become a supervisor, employees must have two or more years of related experience and be 2-Star SAI StarGuard Certified, meaning they're authorized to certify new lifeguards.
• Managers for Adopt-a-Guard:
• To become a manager, employees must have five or more years of related experience and be 3-Star SAI StarGuard Certified, meaning they're authorized to certify new lifeguard instructors.
• Instructors for Lifeguard Training:
• All Instructors hold the title of Supervisor or Manager with us.
• To become a supervisor, employees must have two or more years of related experience and be 2-Star SAI StarGuard Certified, meaning they're authorized to certify new lifeguards.
• To become a manager, employees must have five or more years of related experience and be 3-Star SAI StarGuard Certified, meaning they're authorized to certify new lifeguard instructors.
• Instructors for EUVORI Swim School:
• All Swim Instructors hold additional SAI Starfish Swimming Instructor Certification.
• To become a swim supervisor, employees must have three or more years of related experience and be 3-Star SAI Starfish Swimming Certified, meaning they're authorized to certify new swimming instructors.
